I provide Online video Counselling via a secure and encrypted video platform.

 

This can be done via smartphone, tablet or desktop computer. All conversations we have are private, secure and held to the highest ethical standards.

 

Accessing online counselling from the privacy, comfort and convenience of your own environment will feel safe and familiar to you.

 

You may feel more relaxed and less anxious, enabling you to talk more freely. 

 

Online counselling supports busy life styles, there is no travelling time or travel costs. It provides direct access if you live in remote areas or have transport issues. 

 

The flexibility with online counselling means geographical location is not an issue as we can connect anywhere within the U.K.

I am a registered online practitioner with acto, this demonstrates my high level of ethical and professional practice when working online.

​Online individual therapy session- £45
